The risk of skin cancer is extremely high for persons with albinism, and the lack of access to sunscreen, protective gear, as well as skin cancer screening and treatment can lead to foreseeable, yet preventable deaths. Eastern Uganda, Community & Business The government of Uganda through the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries, and the Ministry of Local Government has commercialized communties through road network, the National Oil seeds Project (NOSP) is funded with a loan by the International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD) and the Opec Fund for International Development (IFID). Mbale district recieved the IFAD laon amounting to 1.8 billion shillings to enable access for oil seed farmers into market from Bungokho-Bumbobi sub counties. During the Launch, the district engineer, Nasimolo Robert expressed gratitude to IFAD for including Mbale district in the region and the two sub counties in particular.
