Mbale District local government is delighted to celebrate this occasion with your presence for the love you found with us, the women in this region and particularly Mbale district have exhibited sustainable entrepreneurships creating money economy at household level. The level of maternal mortality rates have deteriorated due to full participation in livelihood avenues fostering health income for health lives in homes for meaningful economic Empowerment across gender equality. Women continue to strive for better lives because they are the backbone to our country's economy with food security quarantined. Hon. State Minister for Presidency Hon.
